Rules Updates

1. Unless otherwise stated, all events must happen during the BingoWeek period.
2. Complaints about conference ticket prices must be organic, and not influenced by someone with knowledge of BingoWeek.
3. For Ernest Kissiedu to check of a square, the ink that checks that square must be applied to paper by him. It doesn't need to be the same paper as the BingoWeek sheet.
